These rates are net and based upon availability with a minimum guarantee of 50 room nights for the year. Should your volume increase dramatically over the above commitment due to mergers, acquisitions or other unforeseen circumstance, we reserve the right to limit availability during peak periods. Additionally, these rates are available for individual reservations only and do not apply to group bookings. We will review your production on June 30 and December 31, 2011.

The following Blackout dates will apply: September 18- 23, November 4-6, December 1-10, 2011

Cancellation policy requires 24-hour notification except for weekends (48 hours) and high demand periods. Our reservation agents will confirm our policy at the time of booking. Cancellations after the confirmed time will result in a penalty of one night's room and tax billed to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
