Karen Henry — 2006
Karen Henry is employed at Jumby Bay Hotel in Antigua and studied at Cornell University during the summer of 2006.

Paula Rolle-Tongue — 2006
Paula is also an employee of Jumby Bay and also studied at Cornell University during the summer of 2006.

Aishel Kleinmoedig — 2006
Aishel was the recipient of the Carnival Cruise Lines award for 2006, she works at the Avila Beach Hotel in Curacao and studied at Cornell University during summer 2006.

Victoria S Elliodore — 2006
Victoria s. Elliodore is currently pursuing a B.Sc. in Tourism Management at the University of the West Indies (CHTM) in Nassau, Bahamas.

Rhozi Kelly-Ann Williams — 2006
Rhozi is our top scholarship winner from 2005, she was awarded the Virgin Holidays Tourism Management Scholarship and is studying at Florida International University. Here is her update.

Ria Joseph — 2006
Ria was one of the 2 Interval International Scholarship winners from last year. Originally from Trinidad, she is studying at Johnson & Wales in Rhode Island and as you can see from her update has had a busy year.

Christine Young-George — 2005-2006
Christine was awarded the FCCA Environmental Scholarship Award of $7,000 for 2005-2006. She studied a Masters in Environmental Issues at UWI, Cave Hill Campus, Barbados. She is employed at Carlisle Bay Hotel in Antigua and will be returning there to pursue environmental issues on the Island.

2nd year student from Jamaica studying in Hospitality at UWI in The Bahamas

Yvonne Charles — 2005-2006
Yvonne is employed at The Flamboyant Hotel in Grenada and studied Housekeeping at the Aruba Hotel School.

Maurine Bowers — 2005
Maurine is an employee at Carlisle Bay Hotel in Antigua and has the ambition to be a Pastry Chef, following her course at the CIA in the summer of 2005 she is well on her way to achieving that goal.

Marika Nurse-Anthony — 2005
Marika, also an employee at Carlisle Bay Hotel, studied Asian Cuisine at The CIA and would recommend anyone to visit the East Restaurant at the Hotel to taste her delicious dishes.

Wilton Veloz — 2005
Wilton has been studying at PUCMM in Santo Domingo, DR for several years and will graduate in 2006. The Foundation has been proud to help Wilton with his studies for 4 years.

Mr. Soeknandan Ramnarain — 2005
"Ram" is from Surinam, a Front Office Supervisor at the Hotel Torarica, Paramaribo, he chose to take a Summer Course through the HotelSchool, The Hague in July/August 2005.

Claudia Edward — 2005-2006
Claudia is from St. Lucia and is studying Hospitality Management at the Vatel Hotel School in France, she hopes to return to St. Lucia and work in Tourism.

Inocencio (Elvis) Helena — 2005
A Junior Restaurant Supervisor at Avila Beach Hotel in Curacao, Inocencio studied summer courses at Cornell, Leadership and Motivation and Restaurant Revenue Management.

Jason Peru — 2004/2005
Jason has been studying a Culinary Arts degree at Johnson & Wales University in Miami, he has been the recipient of 2 Scholarship awards and will graduate March 2006.

Garmon Greenaway — 2005
Garmon took the opportunity to study in California at the CIA to increase his wine knowledge. He works at the exclusive CuisinArt Resort in Anguilla.

Anazette Reynolds — 2004
A Front Office Supervisor at Jolly Harbour Villas in Antigua was awarded a Professional Development Scholarship awarded Front Office Management Course at Cornell

Aniska Barton — 2004
Final Year Student studying for a BSC in Tourism at Florida International University.

James Richards — August 2003
James attended a course at Lausanne Hospitality Consulting in June/July 2003. He is employed at Jolly Harbour Beach Resort in Antigua.
