Receiving another scholarship to The Culinary Institute of America was another opportunity for me to take my career to another level. I am still and will always be very grateful to the CHTAEF for seeing potential in me.

Being in the hospitality field, the three certified courses ( Frontline leadership skills, Remarkable Service, Bottoming your cost line) that I took were very vital to me. I have become more efficient in my position at work and have also been given more tedious tasks.

Maintaining a budget, being a good leader, Good customer service, profit and loss statements and defining key terms are just a few modules that I was happy to soak through my brains.

Many thanks to all that have helped to make me wiser and made my trip a success!
