Omar Robinson
Overall, the Cornell General Managers Program (GMP) was an intense 11-day program that covered pertinent, specific, applicable, and workable solutions to real-time issues and demands of contemporary hospitality management. There were a total of 66 participants from 33 countries who shared their varied and diverse knowledge through interactive classroom discussions and informal breakaway chat sessions.
Our discussions expanded the foundation of our knowledge, broadened our viewpoints, discussed best practices and produced solutions to the common global challenges we face as hoteliers in an effort to create better value for our customers and shareholders.
The depth of knowledge of the lecturers was excellent and the materials, topics and skills acquired are highly relevant.
I left the GMP feeling more motivated and inspired as it will directly enhance my ability as a leader to contribute in the creation of sustainable competitive value for my company. It was also a great networking opportunity for us to continue sharing even after the program has ended.
