We provide a list of affiliated institutions which provide matching grants that expand the level of funding for scholarships that we offer. Florida International University (FIU), Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management

University of Memphis – Kemmons Wilson School of Hospitality & Resort Management
To support your future career in hospitality, CHTAEF and the Kemmons Wilson School of Hospitality and Resort Management at the University of Memphis have partnered to provide $10,000 annually to a student interested in the various facets of hospitality, from resort management to owning your own hospitality business. One scholarship will be made to a deserving student on a sustained basis throughout their 4-year collegiate career if academic standards are maintained and CHTAEF requirements met.

The Kemmons Wilson School of Hospitality and Resort Management, created and named for the founder of Holiday Inns, has positioned itself as a prominent program providing a contemporary hospitality education, with an emphasis on lodging and resort operations. Students learn what it takes to effectively run a successful hospitality business through a mix of class work, applied industry experiences and a required internship in lodging & hospitality operations. Management and leadership skills are delivered through course work focusing on asset management, lodging operations, facility development, human resources, resort management, food & beverage cost controls and revenue delivery. University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, Nassau, Bahamas
Bsc. Hospitality Management (CHTM Nassau, Bahamas). This programme offers some similarity with the Tourism Management Programme in that students are required to pursue both internships and lean another language. At the end of their first year, the students are required to transfer to the Centre of Hotel and Tourism in Nassau, Bahamas where they will complete the second and final years of the programme.
