If you have a pre-built booth, side walls must not extend more than 3 feet from the back of the booth, as this will obstruct the view of neighboring booths. Displays in the aisle or in front of your booth are not allowed. The display must fit within the space provided. If your pre-built booth does not comply with these measurements, you will not be allowed to use the display. Booth Headers must not be removed and no items can be attached from the booth headers. The selling floor is carpeted.

The booth number is not provided before the event; this information will be submitted when you claim your registration materials. CHTA will provide the companies involved in the selling floor your booth number for any additional item that you may require.
