Buyer registration fee includes listing and access to the Electronic Delegate Directory, pre-scheduled appointments, Opening Cocktail Reception, Closing Dinner, transportation via shuttle between host hotels and venue and round trip airport transfers.
Supplier is open to fully paid-up CHTA members with no outstanding dues to CHTA or their subsidiaries.

Tabletop located on the media/marketing area outside of the selling floor with one delegate registration – US$2,500.00
Additional delegate registration – US$479.00
Maximum number of total delegates per tabletop is 2. Media delegate registration fee includes listing and access to the Electronic Delegate Directory, access to all official events (Opening Cocktail Reception, Coffee breaks and Closing Dinner) and transportation via shuttle between host hotels and venue.
Media/marketing registration includes one tabletop space outside of the selling floor and one delegate registration. The registration does not include access to the selling floor or computerized appointments. Computerized scheduled appointments will not be available, however, media/marketing companies will have prior access to the delegate list so that they may make their own appointments in advance of the event and invite suppliers to meet with them in the media/marketing area which will be located outside of the selling floor. No media/marketing delegate will be allowed into the selling floor irrespective of meetings scheduled with suppliers.
