Buyer registration fee includes listing and access to the Electronic Delegate Directory, pre-scheduled appointments, Opening Cocktail Reception, Closing Dinner, transportation via shuttle between host hotels and venue and round trip airport transfers.
Supplier is open to fully paid-up CHTA members with no outstanding dues to CHTA or their subsidiaries.

Due to the limited space available at the Montego Bay Convention Centre, we are making available on a trial basis for 2014 a limited registration option that will enable interested allied (media/marketing) members admission to the selling floor. This limited registration option includes one delegate registration and access to the selling floor (no computerized appointments) for a registration fee of US$1,500.00. Spaces are limited and will be available on a first received, first paid basis. Detailed guidelines will be included with your registration package. Media tables will be available throughout the selling floor for displaying literature and a storage facility will be provided for additional sales material.
To be eligible to participate, allied members must be current with their CHTA dues thru 2014. One registration per company. The categories that can apply for registration under the Media Advertiser/Marketing category are Magazine advertisers, Website development and booking engines, Marketing representation, Distribution systems, Publishing companies, Media representation, Ad agencies, PR agencies, Reservation services, hotel franchises, marketing products and data collection.
