Delegate fees: US$299.00
Group rate: After the 3rd delegate, the fee is $129.00 per additional delegate

Buyer registration fee includes listing and access to the Electronic Delegate Directory, pre-scheduled appointments, Opening Cocktail Reception, Closing Dinner, transportation via shuttle between host hotels and venue and round trip airport transfers to host hotels.

Lunch is not included with the registration fee and can be pre-purchased. Lunch tickets are US$30.00 per day if purchased prior to December 30th and US$35.00 per day for purchases after December 30th.

Media/Marketing– Registration options

Tabletop located on the media/marketing area on the selling floor with one delegate registration – US$1,500.00. Limited to one tabletop per company. Computerized scheduled appointments will not be available, however, media/marketing companies will have prior access to the delegate list so that they may make their own appointments in advance of the event and invite suppliers to meet with them.

 

Additional delegate registration – US$479.00. Limited to one additional delegate.
